BDG Win Reset Password
The BDG Win login screen does not promise a reset form or an emailed link. It tells you to contact customer service if you forget your password, and this page shows how to go about that.
How to reset a BDG Win password
- Open the BDG Game sign-in screen and find the link marked Forgot password? under the password field.
- Read the sentence above the form: If you forget your password, please contact customer service. That sentence is the platform's own instruction, so plan on a conversation with support rather than a form.
- Reach support through the Customer Service entry in the home screen header, or through the Contact customer service button that the login screen shows with its lock notice. This guide did not follow the Forgot password? link itself, so it cannot say what opens next.
- Give the phone number or email the account was registered with and say the password is lost, then follow the instructions you receive.
- Choose a new password of at least eight characters mixing letters and numbers, the rule the registration screen displays, and sign in again with the login steps.
What to have ready before contacting BDG Win support
- The registered phone number with its country code, or the registered email.
- Whether the account was opened by phone or by email.
- The exact wording of any notice on your screen, such as the lock message.
- Not your current password. Nobody from the platform needs it.
BDG Win account locked: does it unlock on its own?
The notice on the BDG Game login screen mentions no waiting period. It says the account has been locked after more than ten wrong passwords and points to Forgot Password as the way to set a new password for unlock. Treat customer service as the route to take rather than waiting it out.
Once the lock message shows, every further guess is wasted. Tap Cancel to close it and follow the steps above. The help page answers the other account questions.

Will BDG Win send a password reset OTP?
No OTP step appeared on the login screen. A forgotten password goes to customer service, so expect a conversation rather than a code.
